Oh my gosh, it was such a beautiful concert and the piano was splendid. We had the organist from St John’s Cathedral who was very impressed by the quality of the instrument. A couple of people had stories to tell about their great experiences with American Piano Gallery. Danny loved playing it–the room has just been retrofitted for sound so it sounded wonderful. And Lisa encouraged everyone to fill their piano needs at APG. As always thanks. Ya’ll have become such an important part of the music community in a fairly short time. Congratulations!

“Greg. Working with you on the selection of my new Steinway has been great. You did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable and with no pressure while I searched for the right piano for me. Your enthusiasm and knowledge about Steinway pianos gave me the confidence to make the right decision. I have never been so happy to part with this amount of money. Thanks again!”

“Working with the American Piano Gallery to help the Pellissippi State Community College to be the first community college in Tennessee that obtained the status of an All-Steinway School has been an honor and privilege. Everyone at the Gallery worked with me and our music program coordinator to put together the best plan possible for accomplishing our goals for the pianos and we wanted to accomplish with the pianos. The faculty in the music department will see me now and just say, “Wow, thanks.” The Pellissippi State Foundation staff enjoyed working on this campaign to secure the 13 Steinway pianos that we now have on our campuses.”

“Brandon, This is just a note of thanks for all the help that you and the American Piano Gallery have been to me and to Carson-Newman as we move toward the All Steinway Program. Your willingness to provide information and advice without pressure has been absolutely great, and I cannot say enough about the selection process for our new Steinway B.
The excellence of Steinway and your quality service made the whole experience very enjoyable. We look forward to an ongoing relationship.”

“I purchased my piano from APG several years ago for my family for Christmas. My wife grew up playing, and my son would often tell me he was interested in playing as well. This purchase, a slightly used Boston baby grand, which is a Steinway product, has not only changed our lives, but is a significant part of our family. My other son dates a girl who plays it on a regular basis at family events. Every time we have a Charity event at our home, our piano plays a major role. In 2 1/2 years, our piano has already been the center of attention of many memorable events. Brandon’s team has been like “clock work” in maintaining a tuning it. I could not be more satisfied with APG and the role they have played in this entire process. I have often, and will continue, to refer any family interested in purchasing a piano at any level because I feel confident that Brandon and his team will be able to accommodate them.”

Thank you for that stupendous instrument you provided Sunday. Since I’m a volunteer teacher in addition to being the chief bottle washer, I got to play that baby while accompanying my student’s performance. Ooooooh that was nice. What an instrument!
I appreciate your support!

I really enjoyed the Joy of Music student recital yesterday as well as the
performance in the evening. The Steinway piano was prominent and
definitely made the day.
I am sure I am one of many board members and others who are especially
grateful for Steinway’s support of the Joy of Music program.
The Knoxville Symphony did a pops program last week with an excellent
Steinway piano that, I am sure, was also provided by your company.
That’s so much for your support of our community.
Sincerely,
Mike

“Mr Herrenbruck. Thank you so much for the presentation of the award! I loved playing the Steinway at the Knoxville Choral Society concert and I also enjoy playing at American Piano Gallery! As your recommended, I visited Steinway Hall. It was absolutely gorgeous! I practiced in the Theodore Steinway room for an hour and I am returning tomorrow morning to spend quality time with the pianos! I enjoyed the Steinway at Carnegie Hall! Thank you so much for all you do to support young musicians, and thanks for making this trip such a blast!”

I purchased a grand piano from the American Piano Gallery. It was the best experience. After years of playing on an old upright piano, I purchased my retirement present to me. This gift to myself has already given me hours of great enjoyment and pleasure. Playing the piano has always been a way for me to relieve stress and when I retire in a few years, this piano will bring me great joy. Thank you Brandon and others at the American Piano Gallery. You helped me fulfill my dream of owning a grand piano. It really looks great in my family room and sounds great as well.

“I am grateful my parents were able to provide a piano for me to practice during middle and high school, but it does not stand up to the quality Of a Steinway. The sound is so rich and clear. This instatement has the ability, if played well, to fully encompass the essence of every emotion written within the sheets of music.”
